We use Low modulus Hot Pour rubber crack filler applied at 380F to penetrate and seal the asphalt crack. Over the last 20 years, Low modulus Hot pour crack filler has proven to be the best performing crack sealant for very cold climates due to its ability to remain soft enough to stretch and contract in weather changes.
Hot Rubberized Crack Filler reduces waters ability to enter the crack and undermine the Asphalt. Untreated cracks can lead to High or low spots and premature Asphalt Failure.
